Contract is up for renewal, so am after a new phone. Here is my wish list, what suggestions do you have

Good for pictures, circa 5m camera
Will probably be signing up for an 18 month contract with Orange, circa £35 and would like the phone to be free, so don't think I'll be able to get the very latest handsets
