There are no maps of Yemen I know of. None. Not commercial, not at the mapcenter (http://mapcenter2.cgpsmapper.com/). The only thing you could do would take the rudimentary OSM (http://www.openstreetmap.org/) data and prepare a Garmin map from that.

It's a strange map:

Name is Garmin Yemen City Navigator v1.00 but Google has no knowledge of it.
With 785k it's quite small. IMO too small for whatever meaningful map of such a large area.
It uses MapID 800 which is already in use by another map (GPMapa 4.0)
The img was recently (2009-03-03) created.


May I ask where you got it from?

yes map id is not 800 and can't be found.. this is really a weird file... i'm still trying to unlock it and will post the unlocked version here

ok i have fixed the file and now can be unlocked ... use map id 230 and the bad thing is the map is in Arabic where garmin mobile xt for windows mobile doesn't support it.. if you have the english version please share.. http://rapidshare.com/files/223926466/GMAPSUPP.rar
