Cect 5300 Dead :(

Hello their infinity team..

I attempted to COMPLETE format Cect E5300 and mistakenly i didnt safe backup for firmware and eeprom..

I found exact firmware on infinity support but i m having problem finding the exact eeprom.. I dont know how to find it i have all logs saved..

Plz help me tell me how to find eeprom..

phone is power on after flash..? if yes and no pb why u need eeprom file..? and if u have some pb like network add here fw details maybe we have it..

hmmm see the thing is its flashing all well but fone wont turn on...

i tried safe format fone was ok it was on INSERT SIM after safe format it was aceepting sim but was on EMERGENCY..

i then did COMPELETE format it showed some EEPROM ADDRESS errror :S

luckily i found both files on Support but fone is still dead

yes.. ur flash file and eeprom r right..just an advice.. do again full complete format ffs then write eeprom and flash again..if not success at last do again complete format ffs..

dont erase whoole flash chip... only format complete... and again phone not power on, press "repair security area" on the software...

Hi,

1. check operation.log file and try to find exact name of your phone original firmware version
2. find in support area files with version that is very similar (or the same) as your original version
3. flash phone with firmware only
try to power-on phone. If phone can power-on you can try to make "safe" or "complete" format to reset phone to it's default values.

The matter of fact is i found the same version but still fone's dead after flashing writing eeprom..

It flashes all well but i have errors wen i try to complete format it..

1st i get this ( Pictures not uploading that's y writing u errors that i m getting)

What to do:
