my dealer didn't mantion for support access. is this my box is original?
I am sending the pic... please advice.. if it is original than how can I get the support access?

please use dongle manager and read out FULL dongle data.
send this data to "infinityremoteupdate@yahoo.co.uk"
i will check what is wrong with your support area access
