Hi
I've got en Ericsson T39. I've can't get it to work with goldcard (only triad that). I’ve found this in a topic
"The Goldcard is obsolete... It does not make sense to improve this version to be compatible with phones like T68. There's no space for additional code on this card anyway... Please forget it and update at least to Silvercard..."
Does twinsim, kissmi files to silvercards works with ericsson or should I use simemu ?
I've got some goldcards at home.... no silver... That’s life..:(

Sorry, but if You have only gold's You cannot use sim_emu.
This emulator is only for silver and green :(
I tried twinsim, kissmi with some newer phones like 6310, 6210, 6250, ME45, sl 45i ... and T28s, T39m (only twinsim). It worked excelent.
Try to check Your clonned card to be sure that it's correcly programmed. It should work!

What version of kissmi and twinsim do you use? Yesterday I traid version 1,1 of twinsim but when I start the phone with the gouldcard in it I've got the mess "Put in a smartcard"in my T39. The card workes in my nokia 3110.

I use Twinsimv1.0 and KissMi (i know only one version).
I don't remember exactly which card worked with T39m. Maybe i'm wrong that it was card made with Twinsim ... don't remember. Only one is certain : one of these emulators (TS KM) worked with my T39m. Try to use KissMe and let me know results. If You fail i'll get one t39m for test and tell You which emulator worked.

I've triad both kissmi and twinsim. Only on goldcard. Works fine on the nokia but not on my ericsson :'(.
Xsim. I’ve found it today and haven’t looked in to it yet. My Spanish isn’t so ***.. Will it make files for goldcard ?
I never used Xsim ... i don't know :(
I'll try to get T39m to test it with gold and let You know what emulator worked. I'm not sure wchich it was but one of them certainly work with T39m.

Well, the XSim are in alpha version (0.02) this version don´t save the read data in any card (Gold, silver, ect) yet.
In the future the Clone button will be activated. With this button you can save the read data (from original) easy to one emulate card silver card,ect).
¿Which card supoorted? Depends of the emulator. Some emulators works in Gold and other in silver... or the two cases.
(I will implemented the formats of the most popular emulators in XSim)
There is some cases.
In Goldcard:
GSM a38 Gold Card (Dejan) http://users.net.yu/%7Edejan/
SIM-PIC by ronny http://simpic.w.interia.pl/
In Silver and Green card:
SIMEMU http://www.simemu.com
(for me the better emulator).
A lot o people use the Silver and Greend card because have more memory. The golcard have only 8k.
If you can it´s better you use a silver o green card....

The GoldCard have 16F84 (1K) Program, 24C64 (8k) Data. Total (9k) like old SIM.
You can´t have 8 positions, only 4 of diferent Ki & IMSI and
you only have (more less) 100 numbers in the phonebook...
:( ... a lot of people change the gold for Silver....
Hoever, I think about this and if this possible I include goldcards support in the XSim....
