Make sure you installed drivers probply and com port is detect:)

CONNECTION SETTING IS DATA SERVICE , MY CABLE IS TESTED BY OTHER PHONE AND NOT CONNECT TO CHANG PORT AND DRIVER IS LGUSBModemDriver_ML_WHQL_Ver_4.6_20050829111107194 , BUT NOT DETECTED

Try 4.9 version of drivers from support. Also one thing. Set DATA SERVICE connections without having usb cable connected to phone.
