Hi Friends,
I downgrade 6310i v5.10 to v4.80 and the phone contact service. I push the npl1_6310i_v510_for_china_dct4_box.rar flash but nothing!
Please help me.

why u downgrade?not upgrade. i think u must flash with full flash. or just check inbox mcu only. and try flash again.

Try to unlock fone, maybe can fix your problem.

Try to flash it with patched 5.10 or now U have 5.22 patched also and then full factory !!
Solution for Contact service using China box:
-flash unlockable firmware version into phone (for 6310i V 4.80)
-after flashing (when phone is in Local mode), press Unlock/repair (without disconnecting the phone or service battery!)
-phone should be repaired and unlocked (if no, just try Unlock/repair again)
