Blackberry 9000 unlock problem "Reload Software: 513" !?

have started sw bberryst_v1.0.0.493_PLATINUM and trayed to read codes, and now the phone shows "Reload Software: 513" all the time!?

What to do?
Is there any manual how to unlock this model and not to kill him?

down load firmware from balckberry site and attach fone and run....
