Pack 4 not activated! Urgent!

Hi,

I bought a Furious Light dongle with Pack 4 activated. When I registered the dongle it gave me the choice of activating Packs 1, 2 or 3 but 4 was not there. When I downloaded the maintenance and tried to update Pack 4 it says that "Restricted PACK selection made. Review your active pack(s)!". I thought my box came with Pack 4, right? What else can I do??

My box username is: FGLIGHT1235

The box serial is: 8483D044

my dongle was supposed to come with pack activation. it was part of the package. i bought directly from furious-gold.com. how do i contact mr. hacker?
