Siemens unlock tool problem

i have a Siemens unlock tool but when i try to unlock the fone i get a message shown below can any one help

COMM_LoadBoots : phone is powered on
COMM_PreloadBoots : cannot find Archivo\data01.dat

COMM_SendBoot : boot file 3 is not accepted
