There is a reset button, but only for soft reset i think. Any code to do factory reset for this phone yet?
did any one answer this question. I have the same issue

Try to dial *228 send opt 1, which will basically reprogram your cell phone number and system info into your phone, which will in turn reset your lock code to the last 4 of your cell phone number.
