bestel5000+ problem with inbox

hello all
i have problem with bestel 5000+ and message !!
My phone work fine in china with chinese network, but i come in europe and use europe sim card (MTEL Bosnia and Herzegovina, VIP Croatia) phone have problem with message in inbox !!

phone recived message but when i open INBOX, inbox is empty !!
i need solution... money for solution its not problem !!

Man, did you solve it? I have the same trouble and, to make things worse, both the phone and the SIM ran out of space, so I can't get any new messages.
