Im very confused i dont know a thread that explains it i have a KG800 Cable. But what is FG and Flash?

Can someone please explain it to me Step by Step on what i have to do. and download

U cant unlock it with only cable! u have to go to the shop for that.
FG is Furious Gold Unlocking device that is expensive for unlocking only 1 set
