what about V66 security lock and TestCard ?

hi !<br />my TestCard is not recognized with one V66 to enter the Test Mode and <br />after clear security lock and user code? Why ?<br />where i do find one RJ45 cable for V66 and Emmibox 2 Enhanced ?
