new infintiy box cant update firmware

i have purchase new infinity box plus ,after installation ,when i try to open any software msg comes as

firmware to much old ,update with new

when i open donngle manager and try to update firmware msg comes here is log

so sir please guide me ,how to update my box firmware ,
