Hallo all,
I wanted to know if there was a way to "change" and "upload" Palm (in my case, m500) ROMs to the palm.

I successfully downloaded my m500 palm's ROM via the usb hotsync cradle, but I searched the net and didn't find anything related to changing and uploading roms.

I know that in my palm are some K's free, so I wanted, say, to delete the standard "calculator" application, replacing it with the one I always use, and some other things.

Anyone got clues?

I don't think that can be done. If it where possible, you could upload the palmOS 5.02 rom files to your palm... (that would be nice :P)

you cant use a windows XP computer if you do the upgrade.
if your not, when you do the upgrade, open the flash program and click advanced mode, follow the instructions in advanced mode and it will flash.

Hi,

You can modify the ROM by using two programs, Jackflash and JackSprat. One delets the programs in ROM and the other moves programs to ROM.

When moving programs across, make sure that the program is a READ ONLY program.
