Need help on Panasonic EB-TX210 NAM Programming

hello!

got here with me a Panasonic EB-TX210 from AT&T. I want to use it here in the Philippines. Problem is it can't be programmed via keypad.

I've heard there's a hardware or some stuff to enable this.

Anybody could help shed light on this would be greatly appreciated.
