Alcatel BE5 charge or battery problem

Hi!

I don't know the problem is with the battery or the phone.
After I charge the battery with external DC power (500mA), I can turn on the phone, but I indicates empty battery. If I connected the phone to its charger, the phone displays: "no more charge".
After a little time it indicates charging, but some hours later -when I disconnected the charger- the phone doesn't power on.
I tryed with two battery, but same problem.
What will be the solution?

Wrong unlock posible! (if then conekt charger, "no charge posibel" appers on LCD) Try reflash your phone (Repair) or your hardver is dameged...

I have an other BE5, which damaged after unlock too,
but I can't flash it, because it not response to the software.
How can I flash them?

Strege... I dont know any Alk wet not comunikate to PC after softwer damege. Maby bed soft or cabel?
