I think you can't get it by OTA.
You must download it and upload to ur phone with DES by data cable.

Unpack the games java distribution files (.jad & .jar) form the zip archive and place them on the web server

If the applications are to be sent Over the Air (OTA), i.e. via WAP, you will need to create a link on a page readable by the phone (e.g. wml, cHtml, cHtml, XHTML) to the JAD file. For OTA downloads you will also need to set up your web server to handle jar and jad file types. In apache you need to add the following lines to the httpd.conf file:

AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor jad
AddType application/java-archive jar

In most cases you will probably not have to create wml pages form links. Just put jar and jad into the main directory. The server will make its own html file listing page which will be transformed
by the WAP gateway into phone readable wml content.
