change port 2. choose the correct port of your box.

Haven't box only Dongle.
This is my correct port 2.
I unlock more that 200 Samsung 3g whit this program. But this version have this error.
I thinks that is problem to Unsupported Version.

After this i was unlock sucefully 5 samsung whitout problems.

as the other user told you, problem is at PORT 2 which is not the right one....
you should have anything like USB<->COM or Fighter USB port or anything like this, you MUST CHOOSE the virtual COM PORT where you have plugged the Easy Unlocker box, just one more question, are you using EUbox Dongle alone or EUBox full hardware set?

How to unfreeze and unlock samsung l760, from spain too
For some SAMSUNG 3G models is a MUST HAVE the Eubox (with hardware, not just the old dongle) because of the communication improvement and the speed, may be this is your problem EuropaGSM, try with any FTDI device to use like an interface for plugging phone to pc, I hope this can help you.
