KU970 to KE970

Hi all members;
Is there anyway to change KU970 to KE970?I'd like to add persian to this phone but it's from Vodafone and i can find few firmwares not including any middle east LP,plz give ideas.
By the way i heard words about possibility to convert these 2 models :confused:

There is no way to convert KE970 to KU970, KU970 is QUALCOMM and KE970 is INFINEON, you can't run a infineon firmware on QUALCOMM phone .

I already have KE970 persian files,and i just need KU970 persian arabic firmwares.
