TU500S Unlocking Problem

i'm having problem unlocking LG TU500S, i very time get the following error

Software engine version: 1.0.0.1726
Searching phone ...
UNKNOWN MODEL; CONTACT SUPPORT !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:00


i have download the latest version and also the correct drivers, i have even tried on three of the computers, but nothing is the result, please can someone can tell me some tricks or tips regard this problem.
