I have Samsung D900, this phone is only charging with 2.1v, now the battery is not lasting for 12 hours. Anyone can help me with this problem please?

I removed diod, but same problem, anything els I can try?
check if bluetooth is powering on and does it see other bluetooth adapters. If not remove/replace it.
