SGH-F480 H/W is not matched S/W spec.

Please Help!!!
When i will Start Camera write me this: H/W is not matched S/W spec.
Also i canot start Bluetooth.
Software i have Hugo Boss and Update Okay.
Please Help me.Ist this Problem Software or Hardware???
