pixon 8800 problems

i have a 8800 pixon ( will not unlock ) i get hardware failed when i try to connect to computer

i try another pixon 8800 in silver ( connected easy and unlocked via computer very easy )

so 8800 pixon hardware failed when connected to a pc

mobiles is in fully working just will not connect

just to add i can flash this mobile but i can not unlock this phone this is within ns pro but there some type of hardware problem need the fix thanks
