i have bought new box
When i connect the box it gives me this error
USB Device Not Recognized
when i try to connect other box that working ok
what should i do

Hello!!Change your Cable which one connect with your pc.If not work then try with another pc.If till not work then send box to your reseller.

Yes true but now a question appear.what you want for fixed with warranty or not? if you don't want to warranty so you can change this usb alcor micro au9254a21. Bro 1st you just check it wid an other PC...:D possible driver conflict problem
This problem of hub usb alcor micro au9254a21-has open box change this ic tested by me:D:D:D

plz do not use usb hub use directly pc usb ports and change your usb cable
