A767 wrong codes !

codes readed with code reader 2.55 , unfreeze code ok and phone unfreezed , when enter network lock code nothing happen and i have no any replay message .
with second code (auto subset) i got message in french language like maybe " deactivated"
when check lock state with code *#7465625# i have Network Lock & Auto subset lock both [On]
what i have to do now ?

i noticed that phones unlocked ok logs here in forum has fw A767uchi4 , so its a767 at@t fw ? if yes can u provide me link for it so i can flash and try unlock again ?

2) Phone Shows Network LOCK ACTIVE.
3) Remove Sim Card power on phone without SIM CARD
4) Enter the Network Code Provided and LOCK DEACTIVATED message come.
5) Power OFF phone insert any provider sim card and use it.
