That's what I get when trying to unlock this phone (I got this error also with LG 3G). I have tried it with two different computers with the same results.

What is the problem and how can I solve it?
probably is a drivers problem which has any conflict with your OS, i donīt know much how can help on this, really... If I get anyidea I will let you know, thanks for keep on the top Friend EDV11 (one of the oldest in this GSM spanish world ;-) )

Nevermind, I found the problem. It was a new version so I had to install the WinDiag_Open.cab file on the phone. After installing it, everything went fine.
When we knew each other for the first time... we both were young :D. It has been a lot of years, for sure...
