hello infinity team
i am facing this problem how can i solve this one i treid my best try to upgrade my box firmware i am sicking of it here is under compelte message with my dongle id and other information

Dongle serial No (S/N): xxx
Firmware version: 0112.02
Dongle identification data is damaged, error code #65
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 0001 v.0160
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username: xx
- Password: xx
Dongle parameters checksum: 5DD303

Probably Dongle data is damaged, contact to support !
- If you can't login into support area: contact to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

blocked now for 2 weeks due to it was repeated many times: please, never post
your dongle details in public forum, you have an e-mail address (you can see it
f.e. in DongleManager) for private discussion.

How to repair "Error code #32, #65":

. uninstall any kind of usb-sharing software
. reboot PC
. make "Read S/N" operation via DongleManager
. contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk and explain the problem so detailed as possible, attach full dongle details in your mail
. after you have got a confirmation that your dongle is not blocked forever (hope you will be able to get this confirmation): upgrade your dongle firmware with DongleManager
. never use any kind of usb-sharing software with Infinity-Box to avoid FOREVER BLOCKED dongle !
