Also we hope that users will be able to pay attention to our words and make "search" in this forum.

2. yes, I understand that "search" is very hard to use, so my advice: make "sp-unlock" operation

sir, i know you care ur customers alot,but i search the forum and support area for my problem,which files available on support area i already try them,i want alcatel orange uk sim free version which is you did not upload on support area yet,so i search the forum and find the file too but i cannot download it because the link expired,so thats why i remind you to pay attention because i already post 4 or 5 time for this thread,if you give the link someone then why not i use that,so you search for your given solution for that thread,thanx
