is it correct charger of your phone? u sure?

if yes, now try to change a good battery.

if still same, now try to change charging ic + power ic than post result for next.

bro b34 doing any thing first clean battery connecter or scrach bettery golden part also clean pcb bettery connecter area if still same then change battery otherwise hardware tkowsar said .
