good day infinity team i have here ZTC c2000...i tried detecting it on pinfinder by selecting options SPD: Spreadtrum SC6600M, SC6600R
and indeed pinfinder detects its RX & TX on the phone....with spreadtrum CPU's

and now i dont know where to find this model on infinity shell...so i decided to select "Chinese-Spreadtrum" but this model is not there...only SC6600M...so i decided to select this....
but the thing is on service menu there's no options like "Format, and some other options the same like with MTK service menu....it was blank like this

my problem now is i cannot format the phone coz the current problem of the phone is restart when u put sim inside....
when could this model be supported?
i need some answers from the team...and hoping maybe u can work this out soon....
