Any body knows the use of call secretory in my (changjiang A968) mobile set

Dear friends
Any body tell me how to use the call secretory application in chinese Changjiang A968 mobile set. when I want to use as automatic call answering function, it say like this ( no storage).
I do not know how to solve this problem, is any folder is missing or what is the problem.

please help me if any body knows in this regards.
