If not succeed then do this :
Read Unlock Codes by COM/USB cable
1. Power on phone without simcard
2. Enter code: *#726872# it will switch mode to Samsung
3. Connect com/usb cable, install drivers
4. select COM port and do read code
5.if (4) not succeed then select USB port and do read code
