Hi all i have this CECT V808 bluethoot for 2 months and now if i turn it on with the sim it just keeps restarting.I have a USB cable for it .
I really don't know what to do...
But i don't have any kind of experience with CHINA PHONES so please explain me everything step by step...

I've read everything there .
So i've downloaded MTK-20FlashTool_v3.2.00
I used my usb cable and connected the phone as a mass storage device
I've opened it....it asked my for a bin file...and i found one 1 bin in the program folder.

I've clicked format but nothing happened
I've searched the forum a lot but i haven't find anything about this.
Can you give me a short step by step description?
Like
1.Connect the phone as a mass storage(or com or how it is)
2....
