I got two pcs T2688.The Display show:"Read Fail:LocalConfig Phonecode Mmi" so what is this...?

You need to upload good eeprom content to <br />phone

Hiii Thanks very much...but by what? if must use EMMI i dont have it,coz expensive.Can i use with another like General flasher use MAX232?<br />and can i get another EEprom from another Phone(T2688)..Coz i dont have any experience with Motorolla..<br /> Thanks very much for advance...

Use Dmtool and MAX232 interface for reset eeprom <br />first , it may be enough for your case

hello word,<br />&lt; Crew &gt; - which version of DMTool, in ver. 2/06 Ifind option for " edit eprom".<br />- in ver. 3.1, 3.4 can't find any option for change eprom.<br />- in ver 3.9 ( thk solomons ) finded option.<br />- maybe for reset fon we must load flashe 2.05, 3.16.

for eeprom reset you must use only the same version database.bin as version of firmware which installed in phone<br />Version of Dmtool is doesn't matter for eeprom <br />reset option

So..CREw with DMTOOL we can read or copy EEprom fr another phone and Write to this Phone(Read Fail:LocalConfig Phonecode Mmi) but must have same Ver right?<br /> Thanks very much...

hi,<br />- in documentation ACER D60, D70 I saw version DMtool 2.06, so can edit eprom<br />- in DMtool in ver. 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 ( thx Solomons ) U can edit also eprom.<br />- maybe in ver DMtool 3.1 , if U have FULL cable ( 12 pin to connector U14 fon T2688 ) also it is possible to edit eprom ??
