impossible to update pack ,what happen.When i try to update pack 5 or1 or 2 updating stopped at middle and i can't use update pack to be able to unlock a phone.whatis the problem

I have similar problem. I pay for furious gold box with all packs activated, but when I receive it, it only has packs 1 2 3 activated... no packs 4+5.
When I try to update in maintenance program, I get restricted pack access.
I ordered mine directly from steve at furious-gold.com, paid 429 euro for whole package with 60 cables, and only got 56 cables and packs 1 2 3 :mad:
