prepaid cloning

when i try to get ki from my prepaid card it works and found the
fisr to paars of ki then stoped, when i try again it gives me that there r prob. and then i put the card in the phone but cann't locate the network, when i try to serch for network manuly
it found the network but when try to select it gives me 'no accses'
that's mean my card is damged? any idea to return it back?

i have gsm sim card but when i try to use simscan v 1.33 or 1.21
i got this message:
(falat error:card don't send answer to reset ! )
and when i try to use cardinal to get ki i got this message :
( file is inconsistent with the command ! )
any one can help me on this

when i use ki extractors from cardinal it gives me the same ( file is inconsistent with the command ! )
but i want to ask u , u sim works without prob.? that means u can
call and recv. as usual? coz mine after my try dosen't work ,cann't call or recv.
