hello team.. i hav one kp500 to unlok but it alsways gets on wen i press pwr..
what the corect procedure to unlok the fone???
do i need to use the com cable or the usb cable???
plz guide me

You have to use KE500 RJ-45 cable, if you dont have it you can find Pinout for KE500.
also you can use from Vygis works good :)

i hav tried the infinity as the comport and hav used all the com cables but it gets on wen i press pwr... what shud be dpone for that model?

i hav tried 2 cables from the fg cable pack that r the cm cables and also i hav used the infintiy as the comport and the kg800 cable from the infinity cable set but same.. the infinity shows the tx blue led blinks as i press the pwr button but the fone gets on and is not detectable...

hav tried with that model selected also but same results.. the fone isnt getting connected in the software.....

You will not be able to read code until you follow correct process.
Either you have to modify your KG800 cable or you can use KE500 cable from Vygis

can anyone suggest me the cable number in the fg cable set?? coz no cable has written 'KE500' on it..
