C-139 not unlock

Dear supporter i have few qty of motorola C-139 lock on CINGULAR NETWORK. I have tried to unlock it according to usual method but could not get any success. Anybody can guide me how to unlock it properly?

How to fix C113-C118, C138, C139, C140 boot error “version mismatch other connection settings should be used”.
If you see boot error “version mismatch other connection settings should be used” make this:

1. Go to software “Settings” page.

2. Change connection mode (try to use all connection modes one by one).
