hi, i'm having difficulties connecting my KM710 using VYGIS.
i'm currently on LGI_1_50SC
using the KE500 RJ45 cable (works on other phones like KC550,KP500 etc so cable's good)

everytime i try to connect it says this:

Please power ON phone

Loading boot ... OK
Operation failed


Help please?

use the LGI_1_51SC and clean the phone port and when you conect the phone to identify try old the power until the software detect the phone,




@sammy1985 try use this firmware KM710cAT-00-V10a-724-002_EN_PT_ES i make a few without any problem,regard

i use version 1.52 and i have the same error....."phone not response" and i flash the phone with 4 diferents firmwares now the phone only showme
KM710 logo and restart many times.....please somebdoy help me.....!!!!

Actually I wrote before what are solutions for this problem-try to use other box like interface to phone.

Solution
Today i got same problem

Try this firmware using GSM multi 3.0 oor higher (DLL is inside the rar)
