BUT I TRAEING TO UPLOAD SONE JPG IT COME NOTHING(white)

I TRAY AGEAN AND I DOWNLOAD THAT JPG IN MY PHONE
THEN I UPLOAD IT AGEN IT NOT WORK ITHENK THER IS SOME PROPLEM ON THES PROGRAM

looks like only 10% working , cannot drag and drop any games or apps to my phone, backing up of graphics seem to work 100%

Tones update not work
Pictures update not work
Games update not work
Nothing works only conect with the phone and keeps this on a disk

How can we copy preset polyphonic ringtones from 7210? Whenever I am trying to copy preset ringtones It gives me error .
