Keep getting this for any blackberry
Set in menu Mass Storage to Off and be sure phone is charged !
Even if password is off and even if mass storage is off.

Try install blackberry desktop 4.7 and be sure this application or other isnt running while u use our soft.

have this and all drivers too. but still.. same..
could it be coincidence that just these particular ones didnt work ?

must remove memory card ???
bri i have disabled mass storage and there is no memory card and mine says the same i did read code but it said error code was wrong i still have same problem but this is the way i did it use mfi free disconect internet full erase fone when this is done reconnect interent use bbst to read code it will read code then use bbmanager to flash your fone back to working condition
