driver problem

using the latest setup downloaded today
when i install the computer finds the driver and restarts automatically
later installs ok when i open the shell and run click run after i hilited the phone model the pc reboots

when i installed i 1st installed the egate driver then i plugged box then i showed the driver to cable in program files twice

Did you checked driver installation results according to this manual ?
C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_Installation_manual.rtf

Do you see in Device Manager all required devices installed ?

Try to install drivers again one by one and post here exact error message that you can see during installation.
