The pinout in infinity software is completly wrong.

There is no 2x7 connector on this model.

Using pinfinder the only connector ******* this phones is L20A

Friend, try to use newest flash, and don't use pinfinder power for unlock this phone.

If you don't see your phone lcd the phone never enter in test mode because never power up this is why you can't direct unlock.

So you need leave power of pinfinder off and use external power (not battery) I use ubl test point cable (only device that work from ubl jejeje) + and -, try and post result...

next time you need direct unlock use external power.

Ok, I flashed again successfully and same not power on, formatted successfully not power on, unlocked successfully not power on.

I will get another Verykool i250 from the same operator and will read full flash and read firmware. and will try to upload to the dead phone.

It will be fixed soon, of course phone is unlocked. Im so excited I contributed to help solve this problem with flashing this verykool i250.

When unlocking or resetting, I used pinfinder, when program say connecting 19200 please wait. all I do is disconnect power from RJ45 pinfinder and reconnect quickly then it will continue with operation.. tried many times. :)
