Problem with spiderman and Sciphone i68+

Hello,
I tried to read the firmware of my sciphone i68+.
I bought the correct flash cable at mysciphoneshop.com
Now when I try to read the firmware spiderman loads correctly bootloader and after one minute or sommetimes 30 seconds he stops and says:
[MTK] close COM4 succes!
And I don't know why...:confused:
Please can someone help me?

I used baudrate bps_460800 and spiderman 2.49.

Try with full charge battery or use latest version of this box exe OR post ur phone cpu and lfash ic info here.

Sorry to answer so late but I had dome health problem.
So I tried with fully charged battery, but it's the same.
For the phone cpu and fash ic info I don't know where I can get them. Can you please tell me how to get them?
