U600 lcd problem

Hi, I have problem with u600 lcd, my first problems were losing contact, and losing colors, I thought it was a flex cable, I have changed it, but same thing. When I press phone very hard on case (upper of navigation button) it is normal, but when I release it same thing again. Then I disassembled phone, and ''unglued'' (removed) lcd. Then I put lcd back and assemble phone again. Now there is only black(blank) screen and back light on lcd, so can You help me please?

100% bad LCD, and it is normal in U600.
replace LCD
