Hello.
I've a T190 when switched on, it shows "Phone Locked". How do I find out is this due to SIM LOCK or many attempts at the phone lock user code ?
A call to the service centre says it might be due to phone being "LOCKED OUT" and needs to be reset. I've found DMTools version for T191 but nothing for T190.
Can anyone help?

i got few units that got this problem..
after unlocking...got the message of "enter code" and after entering the codes "many times"...i got the "phone locked" message on the screen..
just use the software by paderf (unlocker for Motorola T19X) and everything will be rewarding...

this is due to someone (maybe you :D ) entering in the incorrect code to many times.
you must leave the handset on, and after 1-3 hours (depending on the software version), it will default back to the enter code screen again.

1. Use DMTool to download this Fix file to your fone.
Set Boot File = r_flash_007.mot or r_flash_006.mot
Set Flash File = New patch file.mot ( this is the fix file).
Dmtool say download 100%. AT now your fone will total die ( can not power on).
2. Set flash file = flash that you want to write to your fone.
Set databin file too.
At now you can download normal.
May be you fone will OK when it is finish.
