I have dejan's sheme but there is 1 node which I don't know where to connect ( 74hc04 node 8 - output from 1 NOR )

74hc04 node 8 - NC. ( NC = No Conection )

The 74HC04 is an hex inverter, but since only 5 are needed one is free. To prevent problems you shouldn´t have ports with the in part in the open. That's why the pin 9 linked to the Vcc.
