Et box+....really troubling

Now new etbox+ availble in the market unfortnetly ..iam surprised when i came to know etbox pinfinder software not yet ready ,,,but resellers are selling box.how can be possible...witout a pinfinding software..box are in the market..may i know from product suppoter how can it realeased witout soft.as i asked product suppoter regarding this ..he told me..soft not redy yet,,,who told u to purchase..iam really confused..now...members u decied..what to do?????

YA ET-BOX TEAM IS WORKING ON THAT PINFINDER S/w SO ITS NO REALLY HARD TO USE IT WITHOUT THE PINFINDER.
THEY WILL SOON GIVE UPDATE FOR THE PINFINDER.THEN EVERY THING WILL BE OK.

we are just distributing the stock to all our dealers for now. so that they have stock ready when it is released.

Just like when a new car is launched,,, its already in stock with the dealer in there showroom at the date of launch. simple. hope u understand. is a basic theory of marketting & sales.

sir totally agree with u, but as per ur example ,can dealer seale without lunching the product...if not ,then how can they sale, as NANO was saled out recently only after it was lunched, i never seen some one have NANO before that...i think this the strategic..for sale..iam not convienced with ur replay.

IF new etbox+ is come without pin finder......It is not complete tool
in my opinion product supporter/ET box team has required to first make complete tool with pinfinder then launch it in market
otherwise do'nt advertise incomplete toll and do'nt waste public money.

I am 100% agree with you sir , The product supporter should not sell thier products (devices and etc) before they complete its Software projects. And I think it is very bad for thier future marketing.When a person buy it and it doesnt work properly on that time he will suggest other for not buying this tool.I wish they will pay attention to this matter.

HAVE U EVER SEEN A NANO ON A FACTORY TESTING GROUNDS. IT WAS NOT EVEN GIVEN TO A SINGLE PERSON ONLY THE TESTING TEAM IS TESTING IT. AND PLS STOP COMPARING ETBOX+ WITH NANO LAKTAKIA. IS URE NEW ETBOX+ NOT WORKING WELL ON RJ45 INTERFACE. guys dont u see hard work from the ET-BoX Team? the schedule was disturb cause this Samsung new update came up. lot of work had to be done for this. cause of this only we had to sell the new box cause ET-BoX demands grew up like 50 times from dealers after this update. and we didnt wanted to sell the old box,, cause if so many old box's were sold, then after few days new box come up,, then these customers will feel cheated. this is the reason we stopped sales for old box since 2-3 months. so that no one could make complain that have been cheated.

also just posted 1.83 with more fixes. This is all not easy and takes time. and still if any of you is not happy, then please return the new box to me and i will personally refund you.

new box will be launched after 7-10 days. if u like it, then keep it, otherwise return it.

Sir a matter when become more complicated when we dont accept our mistakes and escape from our responsibilty,If you have accepted it at first replay and convienced your product user that you will solve the problem as soon as you can, Im sure he doesnt expect more than solving his problem.

this is none of fault resellers or Distributors .. How can be ? fault of ET box Team .. they just Distribute to resellers , if resellers sold out old box already ( and now in India market ET BOX is on hot selling sure for new updates ... ) and customer need Box then what should they do ? they will say wait for week or 10 days no , they just sell it as ET box and pin finder update when come user can use it SIMPLE !!!

its just people making posts for increase counter or for publicity .. ( they can TALK anything )

Better just post as or make thread with kalm .. new et+ in market when the updates for PINFINDER will come as resellers told us

sir, i am trying to ask you a different question.
i am asking you if, lets imagine that i and all resellers were not selling this ne box. and you just buy the old box cause there is no new box or anything like that. now after u buy old box, and after few days new box launch in market. will not you be felt cheated? i think yes you will be.

so, sir my question is would it have been better if i sold u old box or better this way that u buy new box and wait for release software. atleast u dont have to spend again on new box.
